Needs
Assessment
Diagnoses training issues in all
departments within an organization. Using questionnaires, one-on-one
interviews, focus groups, observation and document analysis, BCG collects the data, then analyses it to determine performance gaps
and needs. The results of the analysis, which
are fed back to the appropriate management personnel, draw a picture
of the organizations learning needs. These needs determine
which training plans are formulated.
