Focus Groups
This qualitative research
method is used for, among other things, market research or feedback sessions. In the
context of organizational development, BCG uses focus groups to collect
employee perceptions of an organizations intendedand

Strategic Planning
Blunt Consulting Group believes that any organization, large or small, that is
serious about controlling its own destiny in todays increasingly competitive
business environment must look to the future with clearly thought-out strategies in mind.
To do this, mission, vision and values statements should be articulated by and
communicated through all levels of personnel. BCGs
consultants are trained in strategic planning
facilitation; they can manage the process by which an organization comes to understand
what it does, where it wants to go, and how to get there.

Problem
Solving
No other process, it can be argued, is more crucial to a businesss success
than a collaborative approach to identifying and solving problems. Making decisions and
reaching consensus involve group dynamics and communication, and can be used as part of a
companys quality process or organizational development efforts. BCG facilitators guide groups through both rational (logical) and non-rational (creative)
methods for overcoming departmental or interpersonal concerns.
