Rockie is the firm's senior trainer and organizational development specialist.  His background includes extensive work in corporate training, executive coaching, university teaching, copywriting, textual editing, and public relations.

    In addition to the principals, BCG uses contract consultants to help carry out the work of the three divisions, ensuring that the most appropriate experience and expertise are available to each client's particular needs.
